Idoctory Consulting is currently seeking IT Business Development Manager to join our team in Chicago, IL, and consult at our healthcare payer client.
Responsibilities [including, but not limited to]:
- Identify and develop leads and value propositions.
- Generate leads through a combination of cold calls, prior and existing business contacts.
- Meet with prospects, present the value proposition, structure deals, negotiate contracts and close the sale
- Provide guidance and eliminate obstacles in high-priority opportunities to ensure the successful closing of contracts.
- Monitor metrics to manage the business, including financial forecasts, win/loss reviews, pipeline analysis
- Conduct ongoing training and certifications with IT Partners
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of solution-selling experience in IT Consulting and/or Managed Services
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting sales targets
- You should ideally be technically and e-business savvy (to establish credibility with the prospects and clients).
