Having a very mature mindset, he acts as a business enabler who is proficient in wearing different hats to ensure the business is running at full speed.
Mohammad is a management consultant, entrepreneur, and technologist with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning healthcare, insurance, financial services, higher education, and software. Mohammad’s work is focused on enterprise architecture, big data, and cloud computing. As a graduate of the Software development and Masters in Business Administration program, and as a certified Microsoft Solutions Architect, PMP, CSM, AWS Certified Devops Engineer Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, and Google Certified Architect, Mohammad provides value as a Solutions architect well versed in implementation of leading-edge Cloud, programming, and database technologies.
Mohammad has held leadership roles in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, software development, technology portfolio rationalization, business process and IT outsourcing, and captive operations setup. Prior to joining Idoctory, Mohammad held several senior IT management roles at companies such as Discover Financial Services, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, as well as founding a boutique Healthcare IT consulting services company.

Skilled in stakeholder management, I excel at aligning cross-functional teams with business objectives, ensuring successful project delivery.
I am passionate about coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential and continuously improve their skills. With expertise in agile tools such as Jira and Confluence, I have a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision making. I am committed to driving results and building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including senior leadership, to achieve organizational goals.

Razvi is a proven leader with the ability to drive exceptional value in a variety of business operations. Razvi is a successful entrepreneur, Fortune 100 leader, and management consultant, specializing in business acceleration through corporate strategy, operational effectiveness, and emerging-market innovation.
Throughout his career, Razvi has achieved bottom-line results by effectively integrating business processes, people, and technology to improve customer satisfaction, business competitiveness and management control. With over 25 years of experience, Razvi has worked across all operational areas and many industries including financial services, wholesale distribution and retail. Razvi has an MBA from the ICBM School Of Business Excellence.
MELISSA MATHEWS
VP, Client Management
Melissa is the Human Resources Manager overseeing the Human Resources Department at Idoctory. Her experience includes, employee relations, Human Resources law, benefits, recruiting, employee onboarding, compliance, employee development, project management and HR reporting and analysis. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from DePaul University, Chicago.
SHAKIRA KHAN
Financial Services Practice Lead
Ms. Khan approaches customers and the team with the understanding that they want what she wants—results driven and satisfied experiences.
She is the leader of Idoctory’s Information and healthcare capability team. She is a business operations and IT leader with a strong track record of defining and executing transformational initiatives for industry-leading organizations.
She has deep industry expertise in healthcare (payer and provider) and financial services. Ms. Khans healthcare experience includes leading one of the nation’s largest payers in the creation & delivery of their Affordable Care Act financial information management strategy. She has partnered with leading health care systems to create an innovative care model driving improved patient satisfaction, lower cost, and higher quality in Commercial and Pioneer ACOs environments.
She believes in order to solve problems it is important to listen, learn, and act. With her experience she has delivered tremendous success and growth for the company and our clients. She values enthusiasm and passion that is mandatory in building successful products, teams, and companies. A driven leader with a background and extensive experience in IT Talent Management who thrives in rapidly changing digital environments rich with constant, daily, challenges. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Benedictine University.
